Learn all the key aspects of managing and organizing an international trading company.

Gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and international environment, communicate with our suppliers across Europe and China, and develop practical skills through a wide range of administrative and office-related tasks.

Your tasks:

  • Office organization: coordination of appointments, reception of guests, maintenance of office supplies.

  • Communication & correspondence: Writing business letters, e-mails, telephone communication with international partners.

  • Document management: archiving, creating presentations and reports.

  • Sales: Support with quotations, customer communication on orders and deliveries.

  • Data management: maintenance of customer and supplier data, logistics coordination.

Your skills: 

  • High school diploma or good secondary school certificate

  • Interest in commercial processes and international business relationships

  • Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, reliability

  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills

During your 3-year apprenticeship, you will most likely attend vocational school in Montabaur two days per week, complementing your practical training within the company.
