Your tasks:

Office organization: coordination of appointments, reception of guests, maintenance of office supplies.

Communication & correspondence: Writing business letters, e-mails, telephone communication with international partners.

Document management: archiving, creating presentations and reports.

Sales: Support with quotations, customer communication on orders and deliveries.

Data management: maintenance of customer and supplier data, logistics coordination.
Your skills:

High school diploma or good secondary school certificate

Interest in commercial processes and international business relationships

Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, reliability

Very good written and spoken German and English skills

During your 3-year apprenticeship, you will most likely attend vocational school in Montabaur two days per week, complementing your practical training within the company.
Depending on your qualifications and performance, a shortened apprenticeship duration may also be possible.
